CHAIN TYPE POSITIONER
Chained rotating device system; consists of rotating body and walking tracks systems. In the system; various shaped and sized profile is designed in order to enable chassis and the like materials’ rotate to weld, the movements of standing down, up and desired angle.

Main principle of the system; the box profiles which have different types of geometries with various height and width , enables the previously centered materials’ like structure beams, crane beams, crane Booms, vin etc. and like being rotated and moving up and down.
Rotating the material that will be worked and the movement of up and down is made with the chained systems on the rotator.
The bars carrying the chains automaticly go up when work piece is lifted and chain intermediate distance is increased in order to place the work piece from above. When work piece is placed on chain again, the bars are closed and work piece becomes clutched more tight. By this means, work piece can be rotated vibrationless during the rotation.
Rotators save in working space by being fixed on the ground depending on framework’s length and also being put in different gapes.
Having a close packed structure; rotators enable easy usage thanks to its electrical automatization working synchronized and save time.
Framework enables to position easily by moving up and down by means of arms on the rotator and the chain system.
Rotator bodies can work synchronized in positioning proper pieces and also can work independently for the pieces that are not symmetrical (one pole is narrow the other is large) to rotate.
It enables to be welded and operated by stopping on needed angles when demanded and by rotating the framework that is situated between two interrelated rotators, with no need of any machines or vans.
