ROTARY CHASSIS SYSTEM

Rotary chassis systems are equipment used to prevent the welding chassis cables from being buckled, which is a general problem in the production of cylindrical materials. In general, they consist of parts that move by rotating on a main body connected to the workpiece and on which welding ground cables are connected. During the movement, they should be reinforced with special conductive oil in order to prevent the welding current from arcing in the system.

The use of 95 or 120 mm2 very thick cables for the ground cable and the movement of these cables as the tank rotates in the submerged tank welding, the cables are twisted and broken. Work to be done at high amps in the submerged submerged method causes the cables to be scorched by overheating due to these corroded or broken cables or the welding system is destroyed due to excessive heat and causes job losses.

Thanks to its easy connection and high conductivity capability in prefabricated pipe manufacturing in the factory, it is now possible to achieve high welding quality especially in TIG, Electrode and submerged arc welding methods and to prevent the chassis from bending and breaking!
