STRORAGE TANK WELDING SYSTEM

ECO Welding Technologies, tank welding systems are automations that enable fast and high welding quality in a single time by accelerating the welding of field tank. It allows large storage tanks such as oil and gas, petrochemical, nuclear power stations to be welded with the submerged arc welding machine.

  • Thanks to the inverter speed control unit, the ideal welding speed can be set up the range of 100-150 mm / min.
  • It has two different models, single and double. From either inside or outside of tank;It is capable to weld two
    zones at the same time with the double machine both internally and externally.
  • Our machine has the ability to weld the tank surface from max 2500 mt to the range of min.1500mm collaterally(If desired, there is an optional measuring range )
  • Thanks to the special coverıng around the machine (flameproof tarpaulin), the operator is protected from the effects of nature.
  • The smallest diameter that can be welded is 6 meters.
  • The lowest sheet thickness that can be welded is 8 mm.
  • The outer coating is made to protect the user from external factors of nature.
  • Our Tank Welding Machine is designed to weld both internally and externally.
