The HD 600 automation torch is equipped with a special cooling system that prevents critical components such as the nozzle and contact tip from being exposed to excessive heat. In this way, the parts on the torch have a longer life and consumable consumption is reduced to a minimum. At the same time, arc instability and welding errors caused by overheating are significantly reduced. In this way, the welding quality is stabilized.

Compared to standard torches, the HD 600, which has a 300% increased neck size and advanced cooling up to the nozzle, offers an ideal solution especially for heavy industry welding and hardfacing coating processes. Offered with 0° or 220° neck angle options according to user needs, this torch can be supplied in 3m, 4m or 5m lengths, thus adapting to different production requirements.
