What is Han’s Elfin Collaborative Robot?

Han’s Elfin Collaborative Robot is a 6-axis robot arm developed by Han’s Robot and designed to work flexibly and safely in industrial automation processes. This robot has been developed especially for use in different areas such as production lines, assembly processes, pick-and-place applications, welding, grinding and spray painting.

The Elfin series is characterized by its unique double-joint modular design; each motion module contains two joints and this structure increases the robot’s mobility, giving it a wider reach. This makes Elfin capable of handling not only standard industrial robots, but also jobs that require greater flexibility.

One of the most remarkable features of the robot is its ability to perform more fluid and efficient movements thanks to its optimized singularity avoidance algorithm. Its highly flexible 6-degree-of-freedom structure performs very close to the mobility offered by 7-degree-of-freedom robots, giving successful results even in applications requiring more complex movements.
