Fronius LaserHybrid, the Fronius laser MIG process combines the advantages of industrial-scale MIG and laser welding processes. And it does this without the associated disadvantages of the methods. It combines the excellent gap-bridging capacity and easy seam preparation of MIG welding with the Fronius LaserHybrid, which offers low heat input, deep weld penetration and the high speed of the laser. The Fronius LaserHybrid enables automatic joining of different aluminium and steel parts at speeds of up to 8 metres per minute and in first-class quality.
