What is ROBOTMETA Welding Robot RM 1470/10 HW?

The ROBOTMETA Welding Robot RM 1470/10 HW is an advanced solution delivering high performance and precision in industrial welding processes. Specifically designed for MIG/MAG, TIG, and laser welding applications, this robot is equipped with a fully functional, professional robotic control system.

With a reach of 1,470 mm and a payload capacity of 10 kg, the RM 1470/10 HW provides a wide working area. Weighing only 140 kg and consuming just 350 W of power, it offers excellent energy efficiency. Additionally, its ±0.05 mm repeatability and maximum speed of 2.5 m/s enable high-precision and fast operations.

The robot communicates digitally with robotic MIG/MAG equipment, offering comprehensive parameter configurations for synergic and pulsed MIG/MAG/TIG welding processes. It is compatible with torch cleaning stations and can be integrated with multiple welding stations. The system can synchronize and control up to three external axes (such as pallets or positioners) or up to six external axes with an additional cabinet. Moreover, it is ready to work with a robotic laser tracking sensor.

Thanks to software-based precision control, the LSA (Low Spatter Arc) feature for MAG/CO2 welding softly cuts the molten droplet during short-circuit transfer, minimizing spatter and producing more aesthetically pleasing welds. The QPT (Quick Pulse Technology) utilizes a 180 kHz inverter frequency and high-speed sampling to balance between short-circuit and spray transfer modes, achieving higher transfer speeds.

In summary, the ROBOTMETA Welding Robot RM 1470/10 HW, with its superior technical features and flexible usage options, is an ideal solution for businesses aiming to improve efficiency and quality in industrial welding applications.
